so basically, RLJ should be made legal where Dancing_James feels it is safe to do so?
What if you RLJ and get clattered by a speeding car trying to get through the junction before the amber light. Your bike gets catapulted through the air and kills one of my kids (slim possibility but it is possible) who is in the wrong there?
Not you coz you know what you're doing (says you), must be the speeding motorist and my kid for standing on the pavement
