Bike now sold
I've got a Raleigh Clubman that I bought in 1980s, it has been hanging up in my garage under a dust sheet for the last 20 odd years. It has hardly been used, is in very good condition, even the tyres look like new. It's a standard bike as sold in 19080s the only changes being a dynamo (which a buyer would probably remove quite easily, remember we didn't have LEDs in those days!) and I put an alloy rack on the back.
It's got Campag 980 mech and shifters, 12 speed, shifters on the down tube, Weinman centre pull brakes, nice fluted saddle tube and original saddle (a sort of suede or similar).
It is a big frame 60cm , I think, which means you need a 32 inch or more inside leg to ride it.
I'm asking around £250, which is possibly a bit of a bargain but this reflects the fact that delivery collection could be a bit of a pain as I'm based in the midlands but could deliver/collect west of London/M25 area as I go down there fairly requently.
The following pictures were taken without even cleaning the bike and show it's hardly been used.
I originally posted on the end of someone elses posting about these bikes to get an idea of what they were going for (so if you're getting deja-vu that's why!)
