High5 for me......mind you they did give me a 50% discount on an order recently but I wouldn't use it if it was shit!
The Sis stuff that you can now get from Asda, Tesco etc is alright but a bit weak tasting.
Still thats always better then being potent and making you feel ill (see PowerGel for reference!)
