Confess about your geared ride

My geared bike (the mongrel). Just built some new wheels for it, and put some new pedals on. Used centerlock hubs on the wheels, as I may upgrade the frame to a disc brake compatible one in the future (Salsa Vaya?). Its a bit of a do it all bike, that takes 45mm studded tyres in the winter. A POS but a useful POS.
