I reckon that's a carlton frame. I sold mine on the bay 3 months ago it was identical lugs, and forks head.

Okay, thank you for the information. I reasoned it could it very well be a Carlton, as I do know that graphic style from Carlton and moreover I recalled Carlton frames that looked very alike. I would think that they renamed it Raleigh, as the Carlton name was not carried overhere. Raleigh was an established brand in Holland.
I had a similar case before: A lush Paramount PDG90 that was renamed Schwinn PDG90.

Thanks to them who showed interest in the Raleigh so far, but the Raleigh did not find a happy new owner - yet

Nice quality frame with WD serial. Full Reynolds 531 tubing and Campagnolo dropouts. Fancy lugwork with pinstriping and enamelled cut outs. Open BB shell.
The frame is a Raleigh Professional, however I suspect it is actually a Carlton, but renamed 'Raleigh' for export reasons. I am in Holland.

Comes with:
Condition:
From most angles it looks good, but from some other surface rust spots hurts the cosmetic quality. Especially on front blades. Structurally 100% sound.
