just got the Thun Multi Tool as a headset spanner, didnt realise it also had a lockring tool, probably awful but will let you know.

Can you add the aldi/lidl tool kit? £20 for not just a lockring tool, but chain tool, spoke key, allen keys, cone spanners, pedal spanner, bb tool, crank extractor, cassette lock ring tool, chainwhip, puncture repair kit(!!), mini socket set, screwdrivers, ...

may not be best quality but for the money... also only available certain times of year which is a bit of a downer.

I have the Park Tool HCW-5, it slips off sometimes but does the job.

Sorry to dredge but planet x have got the 3/32 shimano chainwhip selling for a big reduction in their sale but no 1/8 ones. Was wondering if its as easy as you'd think to just change the little bit of chain from 3/32 to 1 1/8?

The Park Tool HCW5 is for bottom brackets, the HCW17 is for lock rings.
