RPM: I will see what I can do tomorrow. Most of what you are looking for is in the links at the top of the thread. Essentially, direct people to their local Borough's web site. They should be able to qualify for training through the borough where they live, work or study. There are other ways too; you're not the only one who has a hard time grasping all the funding routes.
I will talk to SkyDancer because an answer to the question What do I say if someone asks me how to get cycle training is a useful one to have on here. And it makes sense for the different sides of cycling to be able to refer people. I had a trainee the other day asking about joining a cycling club: maybe you could prepare a stock answer to that question for cycle trainers to be able to give?
