very good low ratio.
feels lower than my lowest road bike gear.
highest feels like big ring and 3rd smallest sprocket.
This has the best gear change ratios after the Rohloff. neither shimano comes close:

(the new 11spd Alfine has decided to have the same initial few gear steps- which is poor- Rohloff can be seen as near optimal)
the racks high, because traditionally disc brake + rack= problems.
so the choice is:
Marty decided Higher mount points would be more sensible, giving me more choices of rack.
