I have two broken Xbox 360s, both in original boxes, and with power supplies etc. They are suffering from the Red Ring of Death problem.
No Controllers
No Hard-Drives
Looking for £15 each, or £25 if you're willing to take both.
One has had a repair requested from Microsoft (I didn't get a chance to take them up on it) and the other hasn't.
If you know what you're doing they should be a pretty easy fix. Any other info, just ask.
