That it does. Pick up from Dorset though might as well be the moon.
Is the moon really only 120 miles from London? If you won you could always ask NASA to pick it up when they're passing next ;)

It looks to be the real thing with a really bad paint job. too bad they covered up all the chrome bits.It has all the details of my montello.
It didn't sell for $330. he even declined an offer for $310.It's a very good fake it is as it has all the pantographed features of a Pinarello I owned that was a similar vintage, i.e. the GP (for Giovanni Pinarello) on the tops of the seat stays and BB shell.

They are middle of the road german...like kalkhoff..that frame looks extremely heavy and the components are a bit crappy at best, the head tube lugs are heavy and ugly too...they have about 3 times more metal in them than they should have.
It made good money for what it is...it's rare but not 'special' -

I'm pretty damned sure that isn't a fake...the pantograghing is correct as is the shape of the plinth on the bottom bracket, it all seems fine...down to the seat pin bolt...
Why on earth would you think its a fake? -

About my size as well! shame i've just bought a new mottorbike... had been looking at getting a new road bike..

Great deal, especially if you fit the shoes and like speedplay's - that's nearly £200 new right there. Way better than any £1000 otp you'll find around.

People had this discussion about the raLEIGH track that went foor 473 PUNDS and originally had a bin of 300....
That if the bin price is good and you really want it why put in a bid ?
Just BIN. Somebody put a bid in and the 550 bin is gone. Not that i'm buying it mind.
Is it ? I know nothing about modern bikes but this looks ok for 550 bin.

I'm hoping you didn't just put in a 99p bid ;)
If I'm ever going to spend big(ish) money on a bike I do a quick brakedown of how much you'd get if you split:
F&F
Wheels
Group (or chainset if fixed)
The other bits usually = ~£50-100If it adds up to a similar amount then I usually go for it.
I don't like overpaying, but I've come to realise ppl get way too hung up on spending an extra £10-30*, when it's not really big money and often you'll just kick yourself later for being cheap.
*this rule only applies to complete bikes - with parts you must always remain vidulent!

Your Question:

Just BIN. Somebody put a bid in and the 550 bin is gone. Not that i'm buying it mind.
The Answers:
TBH was there even a BIN? When I saw it, first bid was already in for 0.99, and the BIN was deactivated. Doesn't matter now, it is now off the market and I can keep my dosh... LOL!
The offer was in pm but I couldn't afford it with it being summer and holidays etc, I put it up here to see if anyone else fancied a punt. A little gutted I didn't go for it now, oh well its still summer.
Happy now? I misread Jimm's original post and thought that there was a reserve of 300 on it, and then the BIN was brought up which made me think that I missed the BIN. But as explained above, the owner was willing to end it early and had I paid more attention to what was posted, I would have paid the 300 and ask the seller to end the auction early. Yes, not too good of eBay etiquete but.... :)
On the subject of Raleigh, I already have an eye on another frame and best of all the owner picked it up from a skip! I've told him if he's to part with it, I want first DIBS, pretty decent amount was discussed, but he's not willing to sell! Apart from the fork which looks to be have been painted over, the bike seems pretty good nick, it's not a Ti-Raleigh thou, but still, a pretty nice Raleigh :)
