I tried using one of those fancy computerised scales at the doctors. It did one of those impedance bodyfat tests.
It said I was thirty-fucking-percent bodyfat!!!
I am probably 15%
Goes to show how innacurate those things are, even if it's professional grade equipment.

your statement shows that you think you are 15% (or wish to be).
you do not qualify whether you have been caliper tested for body fat, therefore the accuracy of the impedence test performed by that scale cannot be judged against that as a scale. you do not qualify if the scale was used correctly. you supply a figure, what you think the figure should be (based on what?) and then rubbish the measuring apparatus.
are you sure you're not wearing a hologram band?
