The consensus was that those electronic scales were pretty unreliable I thought?
My scales are lying to me, my belly is now smaller and there is evidence of new muscle formation yet the scales claim the fat % to be the same. The only thing I can think of is that they measure only visceral fat and that is not going down with the wobbly belly, or I should just ignore them. I am leaning toward ignore as they say muscle % is still the same which is untrue.
