    no bread diet ftw!

    I still eat bread - only wholemeal though and only for lunch.
    Have really cut down the alcohol intake though and even that makes a difference. Exercising more and starting from next week I will be cycling to work everyday as I'm moving to the city.
    Also try to have small evening meals really does make a difference.
