general weather policy: if its shit, no polo?

Depends on the people and games... I only get to play once a week and I go straight from work, so I decide in the morning... If I've decided to play I'm playing what ever the weather... But it can be hard finding five others like me...
Had some awesome wet games both west and south... And one terrible one! (league matches we had too play... Was soaking)... If there wasn't an art exibition in pelham carpark though beginners polo (and souths) relocates there (again assuming we can get six people willing to ridethere in the rain!) :)

Nice one Glenn, I missed that. Sorry worldofpain.
There will be a loaner bike built soon, there are just a few problems. But apart from that, you can borrow my bike and I'm sure others will let you have a go on theirs. Maybe not Citygents though, it's a deathtrap ;)
And there are plenty of mallets available. We do or at least did play in the rain yesterday. Most players are dedicated and will play in all conditions. But fingers crossed for better weather next week!
Well done to all those who sticked it out, was a good laugh yesterday.

Well, that was good fun.
Looks like TNRC is doing Surrey hills, so I might very well be back next week.
Enjoyed myself...except that I couldn't tell who was on who's team! perhaps next time I'll be able to remember who did what and went where. -

I'll bring some bibs. ;)
Nice to have your there Nhatt, I hope you can make it again.
I hope to have the loaner built for next time if I can get the cranks off, get the chainrings off the new (very old) crankset, drill a hole in the brake bridge, yadda yadda.

Hey man I'm working on the seatclamp and braze-ons. After that it's peachy, non? And of course it's fine if people wanna play on it whilst I'm not. But I like to play a lot, it's awesome fun, so that may make it more difficult ;)
