For Sale: Late 70's Dawes beater?

Had this with the intention of converting it, but lack of knowledge, funds, time and effort has persuaded me to stick to my condor.

After a bit of googling i'm going to say this is a late 70's Dawes super galaxy....don't quote me on that. Most likely 531 tubing.

Quite a bit of surface rust/cosmetically blemished and all in all in beater condition. No dents though. Could be nice with a cheeky armourtex and some TLC. Throw some moustache bar's on and have nice little run around???

SR apex chainset.
Suntour gear levers.
Weinmann brake calipers.
Dirty Harry lever.
Mix matched beater wheels.
Also comes with the original birmalux seatpost with brooks saddle stuck to it :) also in beater condition.

Oh size.... not quite sure but i'd say around a 53cm..if anyone would like to lend me a tape measurer i'll give exact measurements.

£115 O.N.O ..... pick up from WC2 after 4pm.

Not really, they just like to have their handlebar a bit higher than usual.

that and there's not enough space to install the quill stem all the weight down, so it's probably at minimum height in the photo.
