  • Didn't realise how difficult it would be to compile a top 20 let alone a top 10. Obvious notable exclusions of Metal Box and Unknown Pleasures, Birthday Party stuff.

  • Bought the new Arcade Fire album yesterday - CRACKIN! :-)

    Fuck me, this is ACE!

If you thought 'Funeral' was good then 'Neon Bible' better then this shits all over both!

16 tracks and good to see an album over 60mins as oppose to the now norm, poxy 40mins or so

  • Can we have live albums?

Killer hey! Just put a few faves in the What Are You Listening To thread

  • I listened to the first half last night and there is so much going on, so much depth - gonna take a few listens to crack it, but first off, I'm really liking the title track and Rococo

Couldn't agree more, it's been on repeat since the weekend. It's less angular than Funeral and less orchestral than Neon Bible. Just really good songs.

Brilliant album - 'We Used to Wait', 'Empty Room', 'The Suburbs', 'Ready To Start'. Damn, all of it is ace.

Neon Bible was a bit hit and miss IMO, unlike Funeral, where I enjoyed every track, much like this new album :)
