For Sale: 70's Wilson track bike 60cm/24"

  • For sale is my lovely Wilson track bike because I need cash for a new project. It's a british frame that want to return to the UK.

    Frame built by Wilson cycles of Sheffield in the early 70's. 24'' C-C. No number but the actual owner Nigel Wilson has pegged the frame as his fathers work. Nice drilled lugs, great original paint. Head badge ruptured but complete preserved.

    CB Italia wood rims, NOS
    Renak track hubs
    Vittoria Rally training tubulars, glued with Tufo tape
    Campy crankset, 47t Campy track chainring
    Zeus track pedals with Ale toe clips
    Campy track BB
    Cinelli XA stem and Cinelli Pista bars, Benotto bar tape
    basic Tange headset
    Avocet seat post and Unicanitor style saddle

    No difference, not in my opinion. You can use wood rims even for cyclo cross... Look the guys at http://www.cbita.it
