This woman not only has AIDS/HIV but also lacks the critical faculties to judge the best way to deal with the situation, we should be pitying her, helping her, not wishing her dead.
obviously i can't speculate as to how she got HIV, or whether she know she had it before getting pregnant, but i do not think that such an overwhelmingly moronic and selfish act is defensible, and that these credulous people should be shown indifference, for any further debate with them or platform for them may only serve to prolong this cancer.
