As tempting as it is to fall into this kind of punitive thinking is it's as bad as the people who feed on these credulous souls.
This woman not only has AIDS/HIV but also lacks the critical faculties to judge the best way to deal with the situation, we should be pitying her, helping her, not wishing her dead.
You may as well laugh at mentally retarded people who have cancer because they are convinced the treatment is more dangerous than letting the disease progress freely.
