I do. I bought them before being aware of the hipster style.
I was staying a lot in Sheraton and Meridian hotels all over the world and had to fit in.
To do so, you need boat shoes, chinos or cords, blue shirt, red jumper casually draped around your shoulders.... Business casual/German gynaecologist style.
And I do have skipper's licence.
By the way, I used to dress like this for some time in the early 90s, but with boots.
