So what this atricle is saying is that regions with predominantly non-white british populations have a preponderance of non-white british babise born. Conversely, predominantly white ares like Devon have a very high proportion of white births.

But I think the thrust of the article is that, unless we review our immigration policy and/or keep allowing non-whites to bread then the ethnic makeup of our country will continue to change.

Whether this is a good or bad thing is up to the reader, however it is something that we (may) need to consider if we think that the ethnic makeup of our country is important.

[aside - I do actually appreciate that as a white middle class male with no/limited need for State resources or subsidies things are very cushy for me. If I was actually on the breadline, competing for slim resources with ppl who've just arrived, I might feel differently]
