@buddhaFingaz yeah good point, I can see how some help might look like enough help. But someone could have just slowed and said 'got what you need?' ... I spoke a few of them, not just the guy with plans for a puncture later on, and most just blanked us. It just felt like people don't give a shit.

I have to agree with you in general - have had punctures/mechanicals myself with no one stopping to offer assistance.
