Quick question: what rider height range would you say this bike would be ideal for using comfortably?
Apologies if it seems like a stupid question, but as somebody who last used a bike about 8 years ago (but is looking to buy one) I'm totally naff with this frame size/inside leg measurement business!Thank you!

well i am 5ft 6 inches and its a bit big for me, so anyone from 5ft 7 onwards should be great on this. hehe same here, are you looking to do some touring or conversion for a fixie or just a normal run around bike.

You can get Michelin Dynamics from Decathlon in Surrey Quays for about £7 each. 700 x 23. Pretty cheap, but horrific tyres for punctures.
