I probably have the opposite of this thread. My body, no matter how long I forced myself to go to sleep at 11/12pm, still refuses to get itself into any sort of sleep pattern. It's quite strange for me not to be awake at this time of day. When I do finally go to sleep I will happily sleep for 15-18hrs without waking up. I'm quite a deep sleeper so slight disruptions - curtains being opened, the cat walking on me etc... don't disturb my sleep at all.
I have been known a few times to be what must be some sort of sleep walking. I wake up, talk to my mother have a full discussion then go to sleep again to have no memory of it when I wake the second time.
I'm not going to try sleeping pills as I was addicted to caffine drinks a couple of years ago and still have to watch myself.
