they even replaced the seat tube cluster and shortened the headtube. good effort.

Head tubes are different lengths, bottle cage bosses missing on the bottom one...
seat stay/seat tube junction at the clamp is different too.

This is not a thread exclusively for bikes worse than any seen before. As noted, it could be saved with only a couple of component swaps, so it's not Pengy but it's still bad.

I don't think it should be in anti - disk is not sensible for bike used regularly, SPDs are.
