...The bolt for the odyssey bmx dual mount came loose but that was easily tightened back in the garage....
this is the only problem reported to me about the lever, you are the second person happening to
the only advice is to check the bolt fron time to time, you can not loose the nut as it is inside but you could lost the boltI'd like to do this on the loaner bike so if you have any tips on how I can bodge one together, that would be great.
pillar drill + vice + files + patience = brake lever
no big tips, they are a few pics in dotca of other peoples lever, and you can check any of the ones I have made, Emmet and Brendan are regulars to South polo and each have oneIt's sad to see you having a pre-move clear out.
no clear out, the bussines just opens,
I will be suppliying this from Germany woldwide.
I just a messege from Australia to buy one of the levers -

Rik, I'll take a complete mallet, but I'm away on holiday (in Germany funnily enough), until mid August, so can I pick it up from you at the London Open, or something like that?
I just want a spare one in case my bamboo one breaks, and I don't like the Ti, and it will be a good example to work from in the future.

Do you still have any V Brake levers?

Thanks for lever Rik. easy to fit and set (60:40) and works a treat.
See you on thursday at downhams.
Shit man you'll be so missed!! -

Rik,
glad to see you before the departure. I've sacked the problem solver already and was wondering if you had a Rik Industries™ double lever going. Understand you'll be out and about and no rush.
Good luck in Berlin to the Apples too.

I'm on the north sea coast, it's quite far from Berlin, I'm still undecided whether I will come along for the worlds, depends how the weather is here, if it's shit I'll come for sure.

thanku rik, my brake, tshirt and mallet head arrived yesterday, all are awesome.
The mallet head caused quite the stir amongst polopeople here. Everyone really liked it, but one guy who is organising the nationals here told me it were 'banned' becsause of it being unfair. We got into a big arguement because his goalies mallet head is really long, to pretty much cover his very short wheelbase. I said you can't make oppressive rules about one type of customisation, and not another. I told him that he can fuck right off with his polo tyranny. he kept going on about the nahbp rules, what a tool. Mr fucking bike polo wad just jealous me thinks...
anyway, thanks rik!! -

his goalies mallet head is really long
Doesn't sound very sporting, but is there anything in the rules against the goalie having a foot long mallet head? I'm not suggesting to do it, just curious.

Rik, i'll have 3 heads please amigo. Will get them off you sometime after the Worlds, you'll have to explain how to attach them when I see you in Berlin. Cheers mate.
Rik, those brakes are amazing!
