I went to the meeting point with:
-PM msg between me and Russel (printed)
-His facebook, email, mobile number, home address, local skate park, his facebook profile photos (all printed)....And his dad said....YEAH, THATS MY SON, i was like...I KNOW WHO YOUR SON IS MAN!
-Paypal receipt with the transfer and the paypal fee for dealing with this...Managed to get that as well, any extra points for this? I got £127 back, £120 for the wheel and £7 paypal fee
-Russel's dad email (from paypal receipt) and mobile number.

OK guys got in contact with the sister, and she took the wheel off russells bike to give back to me. The little prick hasn't been home alot of the time and they had no idea what was going on. He has also been using his old mans credit card and paypal account (stealing from family too).

Still if i see the little prick, i will inflict pain by possibly wrapping his bike around his head.
