Correct damo. And gels aplenty. Tried to get EPO and an autotransfusion, but they were out.
Also got new stem for track bike. And had a drool over the carbon frames.
Now eating cake in LMNH; all in all, quite a pleasant morning.

I'm thinking about coming down to one of the saturday morning newbie sessions in the next few weeks. When browsing through the HH website (the bike section) it says you need 165mm cranks. I'm pretty sure mine are 170mm, i will be riding a condor lavoro so it is meant for the track and not a conversion. Are cranks likely to be meassured or is it time for me to get my wallet out? Also if there's any other usefull info for a track newbie at HH point me in the right direction. Thank's in advance.

You'll be fine. It's not steep enough that crank length could be an issue and there is a road bike session there every week just to emphasise that point.

That's alright then. I'll leave them on for now but they're gonna need upgrading at some point so i'll be sure to get 165's next time, cheers mate. I'll look foward to getting down there!
The usual lot will be there. Starts at 2.30
