Honjo hammered, 37mm. There is just enough clearance. I had to fabricate some aluminum brackets for the top and front of the back one. The front fender was used on the back, to give the shorther back end which I like the look of, and I trimmed the back one for use on the front. The fork is a Surly Steamroller. It has more clearance in the brake area, and it allowed me to go threadless to use the cool Cinelli titanium stem I have had lying in my parts bin for a couple of years now (1 of 2 in different lengths I got for almost nothing at a shop that inherited them from the previous owner and just wanted rid of them).
