It's a great relief that the woman is alive and we can only hope she makes a swift and full recovery.
I also think we have to be very careful about waiting until information about collisions is confirmed from official and reliable sources if only to save ourselves the unnecessary misery of hearing that a cyclist has been killed when they have not been.
