LFGSS has plenty of Bikelock Holmes lurking around and maybe someone better acquinted with lugs/tubes/drop outs will shed more light on the make.
If you are sure they are Campy drop outs, I suggest editing your post and including the words "Campagnolo drop outs". It would surely stir up a little more curiousity/interest and hopefully aid those looking at purchasing the bike.
Also, look at the back of the cranks and see if they are pista cranks or are double rings crank converted to single. Another plus point if they are pista :)
Yes, should've mentioned that as well. Pretty sure they have Campagnolo stamped, which i guess doesn't necessarily narrow down the frame's origin.
