Man, I do exactly the same. I have a few stupid car number plate games. I add all the numbers together as far as they'll go until I'm left with just a single number. I make words, sentences and anagrams from the letters, although the new style number plates have ruined it a bit though. It's OCD gone mad. I used to always have to end every staircase or escalator on the right foot. I'd miss a step if I had to, to make sure I finished on the right. But then I made myself stop doing it, because it's pointless, and the world kept on spinning.
