The desert was the dish of choice for me, chocolate snow was rather interesting. Thought the grapefruit in the salmon dish was too sharp and powerful. The foie gras dish reminded me of lemon meringue pie (not a bad thing). I've just remembered bacon and onion brioche and bacon butter...yes.
