Can't be sure from the photos, but the only braze-ons are the pump begs and the cable guides on the TT. I'lld put money on there not being a rear mech hanger on the frame.
BTW, I find seatstay bridges made from steel plate one of the most ugly things ever found on a bicycle, just MHO.
