The tyres you have mentioned cannot make the list, on page one of this thread. When I'd started it, I had in mind puncture protection for roadie bikes.
Since the most common roadie tyre size is 700x23, that was the template for the list.
The minimum size for your two tyres are:
Conti Top Contact - 700x28
Conti Travel Contact - 700x37
Makes me think there should be a touring tyres list maybe? I won't author that one though.
