I'm currently being represented by Russell Jones and Walker, the only reason a payout is taking so long is the defendants are stretching it out, forms have been sent off to take it to county court, should hear something by the middle of september at the latest.
Nothing but good things to say about them, my solicitor has been clear, communicative and the only thing that has slowed down the process is me being on the other side of the world..
Hopefully a larger than anticipated payout should be making its way to me...
