Bars are probably "South of France" rather than Randonneur.

not sure what south of france bars are but these sweep up from the stem and flare (but only very slightly) at the ends like traditional randonneur bars afaik

the stem is alloy and made by kalloy...

some price drops,

and those bars - it's really hard to tell without clamps but the clamp diameter seems to be 22.2 which is rather unusual
means you can shim or run them with bmx bars though!

and the tyres... there is no markings anywhere but they are marginally slimmer than my pariba 23c, so i would hazard a guess at 21c without mounting them on rim -

have you any hoods for the modolos? pay a bit more for them if you have-
