What to do with this beauty

Hi guys,

what would you do with this bike?
Things what I've done so far:

• added seat + seatpost
  
• new stem, polished dropbars
  
• new tires + tubes, trued the wheels
  
  

Later:

• clean the wheels and all the parts
  
• install brake leveres
  
  

Question: singlespeed or geared? (fixie probably no because of geometry)
Or what?
