8.2 - "Ball dragging" is allowed, however the ball must be passed before a goal can be scored.
Bummer... I am one of the guilty one prior to this being made illegal... Finding it hard to readjust... Damned...
I don't get this rule, isn't ball dragging just like a dribble in football? A beautiful solo crafted goal?
