Has anyone tried riding around with wheel covers on their daily bike? I'm thinking of putting a 4/5in strip down one side of my front wheel to protect it from the ball/my own mallet but as it's my daily bike I dont want to make it dangerous in wind.
If anyone hasn't done it before then I'll report back to you on how many times I crashed
