Yes, great day, many thanks all. Regretted agreeing to drive the neutral support car in a road race in Essex Sunday morning (5.15am alarm). I did get to leap out and change a front wheel under pressure though (thank god it wasn't a rear).

I have been doing my best to muster support within Phoenix for track, and was very proud of our efforts yesterday, as 3 of our team were relative track novices, with one never having raced a full meet before. We made a bit of a hash of the Team Sprint start (lots of room for improvement there), but the Team Pursuit was great (if a little wobbly in the middle when we lost a rider).
