@kellz - to me it looks like a peugeot road frame with welded on track ends which would then not make it a track bike but a road bike with track ends. I suspect this because:
a - a shop in manchester called GBH has a habit of getting bog standard road frames, chopping off the dropouts and welding on track ends. They then at least double the price of what is still a bog standard frame
b - i have never heard of a peugeot track frame that hasnt had the above done to it. I may be wrong and they did make them but think im right and they only made road frames....
what is the tubing on the frame?
