no mate- the 10k run is going to be the bit that hurts like christ.
1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run, on tarmac.
I'll probably do it, slowly and gingerly.
I might use it to practice transitions, and more importantly, try and get a really good swim time.

Don't do it. By the time you are off the bike, you will be warmed up, the joints won't be hurting, some "idiot" will run past you, and you will just have to chase him down....
