I believe from what im told that this is an Italian Benotto.
Diamond stays/heart cut out in bb / campy ends and drop outs and lugwork seems very nicely worked.Chrome is very good on the forks,frame is very sound just careless storage has given it a fair few scuffs but really unless you want a minty restoration its perfectly good.New headtube decal would be needed.Has a Veloce headset which isnt really track material( i would be happy to keep for a road project),Cinelli criterium 65-42 bars ,lovely shape,3ttt 120 stem.BB i need.
i dont really know its worth as pretty rare....£285 seems a good price.
