P.S. can one repair tubeless tyres or do you just have to throw it away when you get a puncture?
Nobody seems to have addressed the second part of your question, although you got about the amount of piss taking you deserved for the first part.
Tubular tyre repair:
In the first instance, try Vittoria Pit Stop. For small punctures, this might keep you going for a long time, it's cheap and doesn't require removal of the tyre from the rim. If that doesn't work, you'll need to dismantle the tyre and patch the tube, which is a hell of a procedure and not for the time-poor or skill-deficient. You can get them fixed professionally for £12, which only really makes sense for expensive racing tyres since training tubulars can be had for under £14 each.
On the wider question, Spinergys are shit and you should get some proper wheels. You'll be better off in the long run.
