Cracked 2007 Condor Pista

Yep, mine cracked there too. I got full value replacement. I didn't have any documentation but I presume they have records of my purchase.

I really like the Classico that I replaced it with, but I loved the original. It was my first fixed bike and was, you know, special.

Someone mentioned a recall on this thread - seems like fair point. Anecdotally I have heard of about ten frames of 2007 vintage cracking like this in the last six months. How many more will go and who will be first to get injured by it? Perhaps we should start a thread asking owners to check their frames.

Mine was creaking for a good few weeks before I spotted the cracks.

hmm, interesting. I wonder if my 08 will start to go soon... mine does make a clicking under stress, is that the kind of creaking you noticed?
