For Sale: 59cm Ti road bike

59cm unbranded Ti frame, Easton EC90 SL straight carbon forks, chris king red anodised headset, matching red anodised stem (110mm) and seat post. Shimano 105 5600 groupset (standard chainset, 12-27 cassette), Planet-X saddle (copy of a fizik arionne). Training wheels only (mavic's to 105 hubs), so budget for some new wheels.

The bike has done about 150km (with the exception of the wheels which have been ridden well but just serviced), it was built as a temporary bike for the father in law who was on holiday in the UK.

looking for offers around £1k.

it's Ti- you can't get a frame that will stay together for less than £500 probably
the headset is worth £100+ new
forks are over £100 new
the groupset makes up the rest easily - so you're getting some nice bits free..

What make are the seatpost and stem? The bolting mech on the seatpost looks like a 3T one?

Saying things like this frame is Ti makes fuck all difference, I'd rather have a 531 steel frame with racing geo than a ti tourer any day.

Agreed the forks and headset are nice, the rest of the build kit is decent enough.

^ sorry if I'm miss-reading you, but are you actually saying that you base frame pricing on geo?

(for the record I think its v. well priced but looks gash. IMO coloured anodizing = mtb or bmx)

um. it's not a tourer dov. It's race geo, just the camera angle makes it look a little odd. But hey, thanks for sharing :)

I don't think they're 3TTT but I know what you mean. They're both scandium.

Dovvles I'd like to see you fit some full mudguards, racks, 35mm tyres and fucking german lesbian bars on that and go touring, I really would.
