I is confuzzed. Pretty funky though.It is time lapsed, most probably done with a DSLR, paint your first image - take a snap - rub out or paint over that image and then paint your next - take a snap - paint over that image paint the next - take a snap.
Put all these pictures into a bit of software that will play them back as a sequence.
25 paintings = 1 second.
