Cycling on TV tonight... BBC4 from 8:30pm

He names almost all the components of the bike he's building - Rourke, Brooks, Campag, Cinelli, & Chris King all get their name checks (and visited by him). His wheelbuilder was a legendary guy called Gravy in Americaland. We see him telling us all about wheelbuilding ... but fails to mention the Royce/DT/spokes components, or that they're not American but European. Weird. Maybe they thought talking about hubs would be weird. But for me they're possibly the most beautiful things on a bicycle.

Yeah but if you had a chance to blow the budget on visiting Chris King and whoever else in the States and Campag in Italy, would you really want to go and visit Royce in Wales?
