Does it belong to you?
-
• #26753
No, but I have one I'm thinking of selling so was looking what they reach nowadays. Far too big for me though it has given me some ideas if I was to keep mine.

Does look good 'de-badged'

Did the same to mine a while back.....messy, time consuming old job but looks great.
Makes me seriously consider upgrading a few things on mine rather than selling it now.

I thought about selling my geared Bianchi over winter. New bars, seatpost, stem and some other bits and I'm back in love with again.

Very nice Ed, liking the use of leather bar tape.

Does anyone know what this bike and chainset might be? Seen it on the bay so trying to find out a bit more. Frame is 57 and is an old english racing bike frame lovingly restored- that is it

This is the description - bit light on details -
Original Old English racing bike frame, forks, wheels, handlebars, brake lever and callipers and chain set.
New tyres, innertubes, chain, track cog, pedals, saddle and wireless bicycle computer.
Rimtec mavic rims built on hubs made in france. The bearings still run smoothly and wheels are still trued.
Forks are champion chrome fork blades.
The bicycle has been lovingly restored and gets to high speeds![/ -

Cheers, I'm not sure about the bike and wheels but like the look of the chainset though and think it would go well on my build

They are on sale new on evilBay but I would not recommend them. Very weak structure, no spider chainring which is a disaster as a friend of mine found out - snapped the chain ring!
